This Friday, February 26th wine pairing dinner is creamy pesto penne pasta with salmon, English peas and fresh grated Parmigiano Reggiano. Served with a mixed green salad with mandarins, chopped toasted walnuts, slivered red onion, feta cheese and balsamic vinaigrette. Dessert is either cupcakes or lemon bars. We pair this dinner with a crisp, light Klinker Brick Albarino white wine from Lodi. $35 per person. (Two dinners required for wine pairing dinner). Takeout only. On Christmas Eve we will have a takeout Wine Pairing Dinner available. Menu is herb-crusted Beef Tenderloin, house-made Horseradish cream, garlic mashed potatoes, Italian Style roasted mushrooms, and veggies. A side Spinach salad with pomegranate seeds, cranberries, goat cheese, pinenuts and balsamic vinaigrette. For dessert, slices of creamy peppermint bark cheesecake. We pair this dinner with an amazing Hunter's Ridge Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon 2016. Dinners to be reserved by Monday, December 21st. Call us at 530-544-5253.
