Last night, The Cork and More provided a catering for The Safari Rose Yacht. Guests enjoyed a variety of delicate entrees while enjoying the beauty of Lake Tahoe on the water. The Safari Rose is the most luxurious yacht on the lake. Built in 1959, the Safari Rose is 80′ long and 20′ wide, holding 60 passengers. With 6 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, a dining room, full kitchen, full bar, sun deck, and spacious lounge area, what is not to love about this yacht. The Safari Rose has been around the world and taken home in The Great Lakes, The Mediterranean, and now Lake Tahoe. The cruise features a trip on the lake from Round Hill Pines Marina to Emerald Bay, and up to D.L. Bliss. They provide cruises for weddings, receptions, and other special events. Catering is available for any type of function!

Last but not least, dessert was served to the entire yacht. They enjoyed a three tier cake, made by The Cork and More. Each layer was a different flavor combination. Including; Almond Poppy Seed Cake with Amaretto Buttercream, Marble Cake with Chocolate Ganache and Mocha Buttercream, and White Cake with Raspberry Bavarian Cream. It was a beautiful sight with the lake as the back drop for the cake. This is one more catering successfully provided by The Cork and More.
